- How it works: Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- We ensure your orders are dispatched within one or two working days of the order being received.. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and WhatsApp with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Packaging and Damage:
We maintains a very high level of quality control. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap, which are then packaged in boxes that are wrapped in plastics. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.
- Orders shipped via Standard Shipping through DTDC/Blue Dart/Delhivery are delivered within 3-5 business days. *Delivery to metro locations will be faster.
- Our delivery partners then brings the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
- If your Order is showing as delivered but you have not received it, please update us within 5-12 hours so that we can look into it.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
On all Prepaid orders we offer free Standard Shipping, No minimum order required.
Shipping on Cash On Delivery:
Standard Shipping - On all COD orders shipping charges are 149 INR.
Important Shipping Information:
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk (+91) 79768 23533 or email us at email@example.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
