Cancellations, Return and Exchange Policy
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. We request you to carefully place the order. Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Nonetheless, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the shipped goods then our Return and Exchange policy comes handy. In case of absence of purchase satisfaction you can contact us via WhatsApp or email with the reason that why you want us to return or exchange.
Damages and issues
However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you, we will provide a free replacement which we reserve the right to decide. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.
If you have received a wrong product other than your order, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within two days of receiving the order "No exchange will be valid if you notify us after two days of receiving the goods. The calculation of these two days will commence from the day we receive the confirmation about the delivery of the order from the shipping company" :
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via WhatsApp (+91) 79768 23533 or email us at pravijewelsofficial@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact within 15 days.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement may not available, we will refund you the full amount. If you have any additional questions please email at pravijewelsofficial@gmail.com.
We are not responsible for any return or exchange shipment that doesn’t fall into the paradigms of the above mentioned policy.
